I am taking culinary classes this semester which def. have me on my feet.
-meat fab - we are learning to debone chicken (pain in the butt!!!) and of course we are cooking and cutting meat that i've never had before like veal and lamb.
I wish culinary wasn't that big on red red red meat though, it's funny when they say grey is ugly... I always have that second thought... "that means it's cooked!"
I'm getting better at it though, i'm starting to okay myself to eat slightly pink.. but the other day we cooked really really bloody red med-raw like meat... i had to cook it more at home.
Other than that these classes are going okay.
In my maco class i made a B!!!! I failed this test last time i took this class before i dropped it.
On SGA news, I went to a conference in N.O. and met some cool people, had a great time and learned things that gave me great ideas for future semesters.
An update on my graduation date: I still have no idea.
At the moment I am thinking of making my culinary minor an associates degree, but unsure yet .... updates will come later when i decided i guess...

*sigh* disney... i have some friends who are redoing the college program
I cannot wait until i get to apply again :)
